I am trying to:
translate a layout component so that when I switch the language, I see the correct language

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
if I have switched to the Bulgarian page, I expect Bulgarian version of the layout component.

Instead, I got:
always get the English version on the screen, no matter what I have switched to

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.

Have you changed the Default language of the site from English to Bulgarian?

The Dashboard language of the User is defined in User>>Profile>>Language field. So the WordPress Dashboard language will be displayed according to it. We can change the language there. Then check you are getting the expected result or not.

Please check the attached image for more details and let me know your feedback.
