This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing unauthorized use of their account and is concerned that someone may have access to their WPML key, resulting in charges for services on another website.
Solution:
We assured the client that unauthorized access to their website cannot be obtained through the WPML key. We recommended checking if the unauthorized user is listed as a WordPress user and removing them following this documentation: How to Add and Remove WordPress Users.
Additionally, we advised ensuring that the user is not listed as a translator in WPML and provided steps to remove them if they are, using this guide: How to Set Up Local Translators and Language Pairs.
We also suggested the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.
2. Click on 'Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE'.
This action should remove the unauthorized email from the translator list.
If this solution does not seem relevant or if the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us.
