A string translated menu does not appear in appearance -> menus

bernhardG-5	Background of the issue: I am trying to synchronize and translate the 'off canvas' menu using WPML's string translations. I have followed the documentation provided by WPML for translating menus. Symptoms: The translated menu for the Dutch language (nl) does not appear in the Appearance -> Menus section, while other languages do. Questions: Why does the nl translated menu not appear in Appearance -> Menus? How can I ensure the nl menu is displayed correctly?
