Hello there,

Thanks for writing in! I’m happy to help out.

If you have already use the automatic translation for 2000 words, you will need to purchase words for further automatic translation.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks

Hi Shekhar

Thank you for replay.

So, I got it.
We created language like 'global' as know as English( but UK and USA is exist).

So this case, when we translate global to Japanese , how to use "automatic translation"?

Thank you.

Hello there,

You should use Advanced Translation Editor to use the automatic translation feature, more details here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/

Thanks

Hi Shekhar

Thank you for replay

1. I create language which language name is Global as know as English (1.png)
2. I translate from Global to Japanese (2.png)
3. I can not find ''automatic translation" button. (3.png)

So we would like to use ''automatic translation" button by original language.
Please how to set.

Hello there,

Since global is not a supported language code pair can you try with a default English language and see if that helps?

More details on supported language pair: hidden link

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks

Hello there,

Thank you for replay
Default English language was fine.

I want to know how to set language pair in 'global' which is created by 'Add/remove languages'.

Is it impossible now?

Hello there,

I don't think it's possible to set a language pair from global to other language as global language code is a custom code, I would suggest you to use English as global language.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
