Thanks for your patience.

It seems to work fine when I tested it on our Sandbox site here hidden link .

I would need a site snapshot to continue with the troubleshooting. Or can we have your permission to create a snapshot on our own?

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.

If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.

If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.

Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).

Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

You can paste the link to the file there.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

Sorry for the delays. Due to the size of your Website and multiple failures, it took some time for me to create a duplicator copy.

I have the duplicator copy now and I will investigate this further. I will come back to you as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your patience.

This is a known issue and kindly follow the errata here https://wpml.org/errata/advanced-custom-fields-multilingual-the-group-fields-title-and-labels-are-translatable-by-default/ for a workaround while waiting for the official update.

Thanks but it's not solving our problems. Now there's nothing showing to translate. Before we saw translation of the boxes to fill in only.

Could I perhaps use an older version of the plugin to reinstall this?

Did you make any changes recently? Also, please update your Website WP admin access here and I'll check on it.

I'm getting "Fout: de gebruikersnaam WPMLsupport is niet geregistreerd op deze site. Als je niet zeker bent van je gebruikersnaam, probeer je e-mailadres in plaats daarvan." now.

I've checked your pages randomly and I'm not seeing any issues. No ACF fields that are set as "No Translate" is showing in the Classic Translation Editor.

May I know where can I see the issue? Maybe you can copy and paste the URL here?

Hi,

Please check in ACF the field "Merk". The client is supposed to choose one "merk" (which is a brand). But when he does, and he wants to translate, all choices are showing to translate.
