This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: Need to translate my options page created with ACF plugin

Solution: Now the options created by the ACF plugin needs to be translated using the String Translator. Please try the steps below: - Go to WPML > Theme and Plugin Localization > Strings in the plugins - Select all ACF related plugins and click on "Scan selected plugins for strings" - Go to WPML > String Translator and search for the field values - Translate the strings, mark the "Translation is complete" field and save

Another option is to try this workaround provided by a user: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/acf-field-group-does-not-show-translated-values/#post-370374

I am trying to: Update ACF content on each Options page on each language. But when I edit a field on the EN Options page, the changes are copied over to the other languages. This just happened recently, it worked perfectly before. The only changes we did is that we installed GravityForms and w3TotalCache.

Here's a screen recording of the issue: hidden link

Hi! I think there's been a misunderstanding. My problem is the same as this one: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cannot-translate-field-groups-independently/. But the solution on that ticket didn't work for me. Are there any other ways to solve this?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks, I checked the ticket and it seems correct. Previously to translate the options, it was necessary to go to the options page and then change the active language. this feature has now been transferred to the string translator. Please see the tickets below:
- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/acf-field-group-does-not-show-translated-values/

Another option is to try this workaround provided by the client: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/acf-field-group-does-not-show-translated-values/#post-3703741 - However, the recommended way is using String Translator.

Please let me know if it worked for you.

Kind regards,
Diego

Thank you for being very helpful! The workaround works for me. It's more user-friendly for non-tech clients.
