This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate ACF fields from French to English and Spanish, specifically a city field named "Ville", but you are unable to see this field in the translation interface.
Solution:
We have confirmed that Divi 5 should be compatible with WPML. However, there are known issues related to migration from Divi 4 to Divi 5 that might be affecting the visibility of your ACF fields. You can check these issues here: Divi 5 migration issues.
We have opened a new ticket to address the issue with Divi 5 and its compatibility with global modules, which might be related to your problem. You can follow the progress here: Divi 5 & Global Counter Module issue.
We will conduct further tests and update you via the new ticket.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hello,

Did you install and configure the "ACF Multilingual" addon?

Guide:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/

It would also be very helpful if you could send us the WPML troubleshooting information.

More information can be found here:

Best regards
Andreas

Please answer the following questions:

Which translation preference are you using for your Field Groups?

- Same fields across languages
- Different fields across languages
- Expert

Which translation method are you using to translate the content that holds the fields?

- WPML Translation Dashboard
- WPML Translation Editor
- WordPress Editor

The website was on "Same fields across languages" but your IA bot assistant told me to switch on Expert mode. So I did it and this mode is currently enabled.

I use the WPML translation editor for the pages and articles, and WPML translation dashboard for ACF custom fields group.

I'd be happy to take a closer look at this.

I'd like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

You'll find the necessary fields below the comment section if you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide will be private, meaning only you and I will be able to see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to create a backup of the website and database before granting us access.

If you don't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your login credentials for the post and website will be set to "PUBLIC." Do NOT publish the information unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

The private reply form looks like this:

No problem, the FTP access might not be needed in this case.

The first problem I see here is that ACF Field Groups are set to "Translatable" and were translated. This can lead to unexpected issues.

I have set the ACF Field Groups to "Not translatable" and removed the translated field groups.

The field groups should only exist in the site's default language.

Please edit now again the original fields on the original post, save the post, and then update the translation.

If the issue persists, please let me know.

I tried on a page but my "Solutions" custom field is not translated. This field doesn't appear in the translation editor.

To translate ACF field choices:

Go to WPML → Translation Dashboard.
Open the ACF Field Group section and send the item with your ACF choices for translation.

They seem to be already translated. Should I update the translation ?

Where can I see those fields on Frontend?

- Façades de quai
- Portes embarquées
- Métallerie

I do not see those fields available when editing a post either.

You can see these fields in achievements portfolio page :
• hidden link (original language)

and each achievement page, this one for example :
• hidden link

But when I try to translate this last page, my solutions stay in french.

Could it be that you were able to solve the issue already?

Those fields appear as translated here:
hidden link

and here:

Where exactly can I see the issue?

Yes, I can achieve the translation on a few pages, and I can't on others. It's strange.

If you take a look at the achievements page, some of the achievements cards are translated (solution appear on english), but others like Perugia Mover are not.

After editing the original post in Divi and saving it again, it seems to work now.
