What is the correct way to register the plugin in a multisite installation?

Per site activation or multisite activation?

How can I automatically update the plugins?

Thanks a lot

Hi.

You ask: "What is the correct way to register the plugin in a multisite installation? Per site activation or multisite activation?"

This depends on your multisite settings. If you have your site's domains configured to be Sub-directories, then you can register the site only once under the main domain. But if it is configured to be Sub-domain, then you would need to register each domain.

You can automatically update the plugins on your multisite installation here (example URL):
your-main-domain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=installer

Please let me know if this information is helpful to you.

If you need more help from me, could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read the detailed explanation about it here.
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Regards,
Itamar.
