This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to activate the pay-as-you-go plan but are unable to do so.
Solution:
The issue occurs because there is an unpaid invoice. We recommend that you access and settle this invoice to resolve the problem. You can find your invoice here: Invoice Link.
Additionally, we have verified that your subscription is already set to Pay as You Go mode. Paying the open amount should solve the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hi there.

Can you please let me know that inside WPML > Settings, you have Advanced Translation Editor active?

Because if you are using the Classic Translation Editor, that is why you can't see the "Tools" tab inside WPML > Translation Management.

We've had issues like this that were resolved by recreating the key. If you still can't change tho pay-as-you-go, please follow the steps below:

- Temporarily remove your website here: (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Add the website again and copy the new generated key, when adding it make sure that you use the exact same format as available inside the wp-admin > settings > general, eg.: http or https | www or non-www
- Now go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial
- Click on Unregister WPML if you see it there
- Click on Register WPML and enter the new key you just created

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Lucas, confirming that the Advanced Translation Editor is activated.

Whenever I try to submit the payment I'm getting %error message% popup in my browser. I was able to submit any payments until now. I've also tried doing the same thing through the website but without success.

Please see my screenshot.

Thank you. Is there any way we can make this settle automatically in the future?

Hey there,

They should happen automatically by default. This situation is actually an exception, it shouldn't be the case. It's unlikely that this will happen again. If you have any issues in the future, let us know.
