I can see that our second tier was investigating this issue and also consulting our developers, but I have nothing to share with you at the moment.
I'm waiting for our second tier supporter reply if he has any news about it.

Hi.

I have the conclusions from our second and third tier supporters of their investigation of this case.

Two things can help improve the back-end performance of your site.

A. Enable the server side cache (Zend OPcache extension) which I've already mentioned in this thread.
You have mentioned that it is not possible on your server.
So my suggestion to you would be that you consider using another plan or moving to another hosting company that can enable this.

B. If possible for you, switch the back-end language from Italian into English.
You can do it when you go to Users -> Your Profile and change the field 'Language'.
Please see attached screenshot.

a) opcache I've just explain that I cant eneble and is not on wpml specifications
b) In english is a little bit better the wait time but you need to solve this bug

I'm glad that it is better when English is enabled.

My superiors have checked your site and found no bug.
From our extensive experience, we know that enabling server-side caching methods like PHP Opcode Cache can significantly improve the site's performance.
Please also see it in our documentation here.

PHP Opcode Cache: Pre-compiles PHP code, so that it doesn’t have to be interpreted from scratch for every page load.

Moreover, you should know that the quality and performance of the hardware of the server that you sites is hosted also effects the site performance.
Also, site's that are hosted on a shared hosting server also usually get less good performance.

Considering all the above and all the checks that my superiors have done I do not know how else we can help you. If you want I ask one of my superiors to comment here and explain to you their findings regarding your site.

I understand what you mean but :
a) With opcache how many time you improve the loading time ?
b) Is not acceptable for one of my collaborators use the english interface instead of Italian one.

Hello for the B point it's a problem for one of my collaborator that use wp in Italian and he is not able to read in english. This is an issue that you need to solve.

I'm also waiting for a reply from our second tier about point A.
