Problem:
You want to translate several pages automatically from English to French, German, Italian, and other languages on your registered WPML site and have sufficient credits for automatic translations. However, you cannot add your site to automatic translations at https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/.
Solution:
We recommend that you record a video showing the steps you are following to assign the credits to the site and share it with us. This will help us understand what might be failing in the process.
