Tell us what you are trying to do? Hello, I bought a new WPML plugin access but I entered my account and I'm not able to add this new website. The account allows only 1 website and I didn't know about that. Can you refound me back or can I use this purchase for another account (a new one)?

Is there any documentation that you are following? - My purchase id is 3875025

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Refund is only applicable within 30 days of new purchase. If your blog purchase is in 30 days period then please Go to your WPML Account page and click “Get a refund” button.

Please note “Refund” button only appears when a client is inside the 30 days trial period.

When you will fill refund form please mention there you only need a refund for blog package:
https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/

So that you can continue with Multilingual CMS package.

I was able to add the website. But I didn't understand the refund part. I'll get this money back on my credit card or should I click in a button inside the website?

Few hours ago when I replied you. I saw that you have purchased 2 WPML plans under your name, so I thoight you have mistakenly purchase 2nd plan. But it appears to be correct now and we are all good (as now I see only 1 plan under your name)
