It appears that you need to have a login and password to access your site. When I click on both the above links it is redirected to the login page.

I'll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help.

Obrigado. Eu fixei o seu site apenas atualizando o produto original e depois atualizando novamente a tradução. Agora a aba "Informação adicional" está sendo exibida.

Se o mesmo problema acontecer em algum outro produto, por favor, siga os mesmos passos e veja se a aba está sendo exibida corretamente.

Sobre a sua segunda questão, isso não parece estar relacionado diretamente com o problema que você reportou inicialmente.

Por favor, você poderia abrir um novo ticket para a sua nova questão? Isso vai também ajudar outros usuários com problemas similares encontrarem a solução quando buscarem no forum.
