I am trying to: import translated Chinese XLIFF file for Job ID #82.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: file updated with Chinese

Instead, I got: Job #ID 82 disappeared and job ID #102 created. If I click on Translate button for job #102, the content is translated. But, if I open the page from Pages -> contact us -> switch to Chinese, the page title is translated, but not the content.

Please advise!

I just clicked on Job ID #83, without saving it. Go back to the previous page, and refresh, the #83 disappeared and becomes job #103. Those files all passed the Deadline, is that the reason? How to make it back to #83?

I would be very happy to help you but I didn't fully understand what is the issue.

Do you have imported the XLIFF file with Chinese content to update the post but a new translate ID was created? What steps are you following exactly for this problem to happen?

Can you please elaborate a little more so I can better understand? Sometimes more screenshots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit so if you like make use of "upload an image" below the comment area.

Hi Bruno,

Yes, I am trying to imported XLIFF file for job ID #82 from WPML -> Translations ->Choose File -> upload. After uploading, ID # 102 created (see attachment Capture.jpg), and job #82 disappeared. If I clicked on the Translate Button for ID #102, the content is imported with Chinese (see attachment in the first email).
If I look at the page from Pages -> Contact Us, only title been updated with Chinese (see attachment title.jpg), bot not the content (see attachment content.jpg).

Please, could you post what is the XLIFF file you are using to try to update the content?

I'll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help.
