Tell us what you are trying to do? Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? |

Hi there, Thanks for contacting WPML support. Please avoid sharing your credentials in your ticket unless you've marked it as a private reply. Sorry, I can't seem to access your Website as I'm being blocked as shown in the attached screenshot. Are you able to temporarily disable the restriction so that I could login to check. In the meantime, could you please edit this page hidden link and try "resaving" the page and see if it corrects the product attribute? Also, please perform a full backup and navigate to WP > Woocommerce Multilingual > Status Tab > Troubleshooting link. Then, click on the sync options provided and see if it fixes the issue you had there. Upon reviewing your debug information, I have observed that the PHP limit for your "WP Memory Limit" is lower than the recommended 256MB or the required 128MB, as mentioned in the documentation found at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/. To resolve this, I kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the PHP value for you. |

Hi Kor, Thank you for your advice. 1. We apologize that international access to the dashboard was set to prohibited. 2. I have also expanded WordPress memory to 256MB. 3. I tried editing this page (hidden link) and "resaving" the page, but the product attributes were not modified. 4. I am sorry, but I could not locate the following. Best Regards, |

Thanks for your reply. I can't seem to access the backend and I'm getting the error shown in the attached screenshot. Could you check? Also, are you able to provide FTP access to your server files? Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it. |

Thank you for your response. The issue is caused by the Site Kit Google Plugin, as detailed in this link: https://wpml.org/errata/site-kit-by-google-uncaught-typeerror-illegal-offset-type-in-isset-or-empty-in/. I have resolved it by deactivating the plugin via FTP, and now I can log in successfully. Upon reviewing your product, I noticed that the attributes have not been created here: hidden link. To rectify this, you need to create the attributes and associate them with your products. Afterwards, proceed with translating the attributes, and they will appear on your English Language product. |

Thank you for your advice. I followed the Woocommerce manual and configured the settings directly on the products with custom attributes (not global attributes). Managing Product Categories, Tags and Attributes I also followed the on-screen instructions for configuration and translation in this case. Please see the attached screenshot. Is this method of configuration not sufficient? |

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, if you need to use the Woocommerce Multilingual, you'll have to create the "global attributes" and then only translate using Woocommerce Multilingual as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#taxonomies . It would show up here hidden link for translation. Could you give it a try and let me know how it goes? |

Thank you for your advice. I understood the document you pointed out, but I think you can also set "Custom Attributes" instead of "Global Attributes". The fourth tab from the top of the document you pointed out, "Translating Product Variations", also describes the translation of "custom attributes". Quote: " Product variations can be translated in the Products tab, just like simple products. When you translate your product variation, your custom product attributes are available for translation as well." I have the same settings as in this document. Changing to "global settings" from now on will take man-hours, so we want to avoid that as much as possible now. |

Thank you for getting back to me. I apologize for my oversight. Indeed, custom variables can also undergo translation. Would it be possible for me to deactivate plugins and generate test products with your authorization? If that's not an option, do you happen to have a staging site available where I could conduct a comprehensive troubleshooting? I sincerely apologize once more for any inconvenience this may cause. |

Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate your understanding. I've received feedback from our 2nd Tier Support, and I've retested the attribute translation. This time, I'm pleased to inform you that it was successful. You can see the positive outcome demonstrated here: hidden link. I made a modification to the "Attributes" during the translation process to another language, using values like "test1, test2, test3," and it produced the desired outcome. As you're planning to launch tomorrow, I'm wondering if there's a staging site available where we could conduct additional testing on your side? This would help ensure everything is running smoothly and not interrupt your event. |

Sorry for the delay in replying. I was on vacation due to a special period called "Bon" in Japan. The client's event period has ended, so it is safe to continue the work. Since we do not have a staging site, please do additional testing on the production site that we have already provided. Please do not delete or make any changes to the current product data. Thank you in advance. |

Thanks for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to proceed with troubleshooting, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own. For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded. To assist you further, please follow these instructions: Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files. Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large. Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site. |
