Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

This banner is based on theme options or another plugin and can be translated with String Translation.

Please go to WPML -> Theme and Plugin localization and scan the theme or the plugin that was used to create the banner/bar.

Then go to String Translation and try to locate the literal strings by using the text search field.

If the string will not be available select the option "translate strings in admin screens" at the bottom of the screen.

Now, search for the correct domain of your currently used theme or the plguin that was used to create the banner.

Locate the string, mark the checkbox and scroll to the bottom and apply your selection.

The string is now available on String Translation.

Please read my comment.

I attached a screenshot and I localized the string that was translated, but not the links.

Or better, the links are translate and saved but on live stage these are redirected to default English.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

The string for the top bar text was marked with the status "update needed" and after marking the translation as completed again the top bar appeared correctly.

Please verify if everything is running as expected and let me know if you need further assistance.
