Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

It would be good if you can provide me the WordPress debug.log (not WPML debug information).

Please perform the below steps & share me the results

1. Please follow the debugging information provided here: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/
2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.
3. Please copy & paste your debug.log to https://pastebin.com/qNScRRLE (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess in discussion)
