hello we have 16 regions with wpml and our main regions is US so when we try to translate the post from US regions having content and images with caption in body of the classic editor to any other region the values of images like image alt and caption shows %caption% or %alt_text% in the translated post body content images captions and alt instead of getting the whole same values of US default region. how to fix it please help me out in this

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Please try to enable a minimal environment as below then try to make a small change to the page content > translate the page again to see if it helps:
- deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: 
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
