Hello,

After verifying your Database and checking with our developers, it turns out that the alt text is actually not coded to be copied along other media metadata,

This is a known feature request and I will share your case with our team,

I will let you know once I get any updates on this,

Hello,

Thank you for your patience,

We had a similar case, occurring when "How to handle media for new content:” options are turned off. Do you have the same settings? I no longer have access to your site to check it myself.

Could you please share what settings you have in WPML> Settings > Media?

Could you please upload a new picture with both these option disabled and then enabled? See if these picture ALT info get copied in these two scenarios.

Thanks!
