I am trying to: Update products in my online store

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: you have to be on the website, but i will attach a picture

I expected to see: no error

Instead, I got: an error

Please also let me know how I can give you the installer.php and *_archive.zip - information so you can have a look by yourself because it should be fixed quite soon.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Please make sure you have updated to the most recent version of WPML. Then, Please be sure to make a full backup of your site and database.

Then, go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.

Look for 'Clean up' and click the following:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language infPlease be sure to make a full backup of your site and database.

Then, go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.

Look for 'Clean up' and click the following:
- Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Fix Terms count
- Fix post assignment for translations

After this, are you still seeing the error?
