Anytime I'm updating my website, there is a bug with the French translation.

You will see that the design looks different on the English page.

Please see attached screenshots. You should have access to my website. I provided login in my previous posts.

Can someone please fix it once and for all??

Can you share the link to your site where I can see the problem, please?
Also, could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here.

Issues like you are experiencing are usually coming from a theme or a plugin.
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured and will help me understand the source of the problem.

Please, could you provide me the additional info?

P.S. I've checked the other ticket that you had which Otto handled, and there are no access credentials there. The user and password are missing.

Hi Itamar,

I spoke with different people before Otto. I know there was a Lauren too.

I dont remember my passwords. They are saved now. I also mentioned that I cannot provide the debug information.
My website address is also mentioned in my profile, werescue.com

Hi Itamar,

The images are back, but there is still some bugs. The last sign up form is not translated into French at the bottom as I had mentioned above and as shown in the screenshots previously attached.

Also, anytime I update something on the website we have a bug, images disappearing even in the English version, and that since we uploaded your plugin. It eventually comes back to normal but sometimes after a few hours. Since day 1 we have add so many issues with your plugin. Can you please look into that?

Hi.

In this ticket, we are handling the design issue of the 'Subscribe to newsletter' section. The issue was that it was not the same on the translation of the homepage.
Since we can see now that this issue is fixed, I would like to ask you to mark this ticket as resolved.
In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket.
Continuing with one ticket per issue helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
As the original issue is resolved, I've split this ticket to a new ticket where we will handle the un-translated string.

Hi,

I'm still having issues! Too many new posts, this is very annoying! As you can see, in chrome, the Ace page in English is not displaying images. In Safari, it's the Company page that is not displaying images in the English version.

No, I'm sorry I do not see the problem that you show in your screenshots.
I get all the images on the Chrome browser (I'm using Windows so sorry I do not have the Safari browser).
In any case, I'm not sure at all that this problem is caused by WPML. I say that because it is happening to you with English which is the default language of your site.
To check if it is true that it is not caused by WPML, please deactivate WPML momentarily and check if the issue persists.
