[Resolved] Assignment needed in different time zone

I got a major issue that makes the translation not work at the moment. I dont receive any order outside of the NL because of this right now. Would like to sort this straight away. I got someone assigned already however. because of the timezone difference this person wont get back until tomorrow. But I need a faster solution right now.

Hello,

I can see that my colleague is already working on the original ticket and has requested that someone take it over, so it would be best to continue there since all the relevant information is already available in that ticket.

Someone will take over and will further help with the issue.
