bikbulatovaE	Yep, exclude from translations doesn't work. Strings appear back again and again. Your team could maybe fix this tool I dont know. These strings are not displayed on the front end, it's astra theme deep customizer settings. I propose to ignore them. OK!!! Everything seems clean and exactly the same as for live website. Excepted the multi domain setup. No issue so far with translations. Any suggestions?

bikbulatovaE	So maybe it's related to multi domain setup? It's the only thing that differs.

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	At the moment which environment are you still experiencing this in? We still can't reproduce it in the staging one, therefore maybe we can re visit the issue in the original environment. The only thing I can imagine is that these strings are "stuck" and we need to remove them completely from the customizer.

bikbulatovaE	Ok Bobby so now I can give you access to the live website. We just have to re-translate all those astra strings, excepted the unused ones (still in other language). But please, don't close this ticket! Last time we could do the full debug process because of this.

On the site I have removed from the Astra Strings the wrong language strings from String Translation and sent them for automatic translation as we did on the staging site. Please review.

bikbulatovaE	You made me pay for it? Got notification from bank. I'm not willing to pay to debug your plugin. Text seems ok. Now we could try to miss up with the translations? Opening customizer? Switching language while connected to admin account? And anything else? I won't touch to much anything here, so you can see on your end if you can recreate the bug. However we've got a manager that opens the store when new orders are placed. That's pretty much it. Happy new year!
