Yep, exclude from translations doesn't work. Strings appear back again and again. Your team could maybe fix this tool I dont know.
These strings are not displayed on the front end, it's astra theme deep customizer settings. I propose to ignore them.

OK!!! Everything seems clean and exactly the same as for live website. Excepted the multi domain setup.

No issue so far with translations.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, no suggestions, this has been the same behavior from our side too when we have explicitly tried to reproduce the issue in sandboxes.

So maybe it's related to multi domain setup?
It's the only thing that differs.

At the moment which environment are you still experiencing this in?

We still can't reproduce it in the staging one, therefore maybe we can re visit the issue in the original environment.

The only thing I can imagine is that these strings are "stuck" and we need to remove them completely from the customizer.

Ok Bobby so now I can give you access to the live website.
We just have to re-translate all those astra strings, excepted the unused ones (still in other language).

But please, don't close this ticket! Last time we could do the full debug process because of this.

On the site I have removed from the Astra Strings the wrong language strings from String Translation and sent them for automatic translation as we did on the staging site.

Please review.

You made me pay for it? Got notification from bank. I'm not willing to pay to debug your plugin.
Text seems ok.

Now we could try to miss up with the translations? Opening customizer? Switching language while connected to admin account? And anything else?

I won't touch to much anything here, so you can see on your end if you can recreate the bug. However we've got a manager that opens the store when new orders are placed. That's pretty much it.

The last invoice I see is for $0, however, the translation was for 1,148 credits which equates to roughly 0.48 cents.

I have gone ahead and credited those credits back to your account of course.

At the moment I am not seeing any strange behavior with the exception of the 4 untranslated strings we have mentioned before.

Please ensure that these strings do remain untranslated.

Ok I saw a different bill. Like 10€. Maybe for other stuff then.

The ticket can close automatically, as mentioned before it sends an email before it does. If it closes you can always request we re open it.

At the moment I've not been able to reproduce this behavior.

I finally was able to reproduce it and caught it on a Loom screen recording!

I am not sure if you have a backup from before the changes but If possible please use it and update me so I can grab a duplicator package from before my changes.
