Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit the 2nd language on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to finish the translated ATE, but it blocks with wrong errors.

Symptoms:
ATE is blocking the page, and I cannot close the translation 'Benötigt Überprüfung' for normal text. I cannot save the translation. The new ATE is still full of bugs.

Questions:
Why is the ATE blocking the page?
How can I close the translation 'Benötigt Überprüfung'?
Why can't I save the translation?
What are the bugs in the new ATE?
