On sporadic moments (about once per day) all my attributes suddenly disappear on my variable products. The attributes are not shown on the front-end either so the user is not able to add the product to the cart.

I can fix it if I add a new attribute on the back-end. Then all the other attributes reappear and are added to the variable products. But after about a day, and sometimes more than once a day, the attributes disappear again and I have to start over.

I am certain that WPML is the issue here. I have tried applying the solution provided here but it hasn't worked: https://wpml.org/errata/wp-6-0-issues-with-terms-assigned-to-posts

Hi,

thanks for contacting us.

Can you please try to downgrade your PHP version to 7.4 and see if the issue persists?

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

1) Does the issue happens in the default language or translated or both? Since if the issue happens in default it might not be caused by WPML.

2) I suggest you create a staging site and try to monitor/play around if any specific steps or actions cause this issue. It would be helpful to find the cause of the issue, otherwise, it could be difficult to debug the issue which happens randomly.

I would also suggest disabling WPML there and trying to see if the issue still happens.

3) If you are using some scripts, code, or plugins to adjust products in bulk, it can cause a similar issue, not related to WPML. I would suggest checking this first and trying to reproduce the issue.

Please try my suggestions and let me know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Drazen
