This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: Avada Portfolio post translation redirect to a media file in secondary langue

Solution: I just solved the issue, it was a permalink issue as my media had the same slug as the post, I've replace the media with another using another filename and voila !

I am trying to:
Display the EN translation of a Portfolio post

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
this page : hidden link

Instead, I got:
this page : hidden link

This issue is not reproduced on all portfolio posts,
when I'm on the FR version of the Piattatella post, the language switcher link is correct but it seems there is a redirect.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I visited the site but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Could you tell me if the issue persists if you visit the site on incognito mode?

Kind regards,
Carlos
