It concerns the back-end pages.
When adding a product, editing a product.
Just go to products and you'll notice straight away.

NOT the front-end!!

Hi,

Thank you for the confirmation. I had a quick test now. I can see a good difference for Product Page loading when the theme is default 2015(check attached images for more details). I will do more tests tomorrow and update you. Please wait.

Hi,

I can see an improvement in performance after upgrading WooCommerce, WooCommerce Multilingual, Yoast and other plugins. Specially in Product Edit page. Please confirm.

Hi,

Sorry, for the delay happened because of the weekend. It looks like a compatibility issue between your theme and WooCommerce Multilingual. I have deactivated all the plugins except WPML and WooCommerce and noticed WooCommerce Multilingual + Kallyas theme combination is the reason for the slow performance. Please check attached images for more details.

I am escalating the ticket to our compatibility team for further debugging. Please wait.

Wow that is a very big difference!
And Kallyas promotes that they are 100% compatible with WPML?

Hi,

Kallyas is in our compatibility list - https://wpml.org/theme/kallyas/ . Not sure why it is having performance issues with WooCommerce Multilingual plugin. We have to debug it further to find the real reasons. Please wait.

Hello Muriel,

Sorry for the delay. Bigul has passed your ticket to me, I hope this is OK.

I have checked the issue you described here, and as Bigul mentioned there's some load persist when your theme + WPML plugins are activated.

I found out that there's some filter in your theme related to WPML which slows down the things.

As a temporary solution you can go to \wp-content\themes\kallyas\th-filter-hooks.php on line 37 and comment it out:

add_filter('preview_post_link', 'th_wpml_get_url_for_language');

Change to this:

//add_filter('preview_post_link', 'th_wpml_get_url_for_language');

I've done this change on your test site.

We'll notify the theme author about this. If anything else appears, I'm afraid that we'll need to work with the author on resolving the issue.

Hi Andrey,

I have commented out the part that you've told me to.
Will test it together with my client.
But hope that you will still check it with the developer from your side.

This is just, like you've said, a temporary solution. 😉

I have already updated the compatibility team with all details. They will notify the theme author.

I hope that the author will be cooperative and check this as soon as possible.

Thanks for your feedback!

I hope so too!. Would it help speed things up if I would also create a support ticket at the theme developers site?

Yes, of course. It would be great if you also contact him, you can describe the issue and show my comment as well.
If he needs further help on this, please ask him to contact our compatibility team. The author should have needed contacts.
