I would like to backup all the translations that I have done manually using string translation

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve these issues.

You can export the strings and its translations from *Import/export .po* section of WPML>>String Translation. Please check the attached image for more details and let me know your feedback.
