Problema:
Si estás experimentando dificultades para mostrar todos los idiomas en el selector de idiomas debido a que tienes alrededor de 30 idiomas y deseas personalizar el código corto "[wpml_language_selector_widget]" para que se parezca al diseño proporcionado, entendemos que la visualización de tantos idiomas puede no ser amigable para el usuario.
Solución:
Para convertir el selector de idiomas desplegable en el formato del diseño que adjuntaste, se requiere codificación personalizada. Esta tarea está fuera del alcance de nuestra Política de Soporte. Sin embargo, puedes encontrar orientación en tickets existentes donde otros clientes han buscado soluciones similares. Aquí tienes algunos ejemplos de búsquedas que podrían ser útiles:

Si no tienes experiencia previa con CSS, te recomendamos contratar a un contratista de WPML (http://wpml.org/contractors) o a un desarrollador front-end para lograr tu objetivo.

Currently the website has around 30 languages. So displaying all 30 languages in the language selector dropdown is not user-friendly.
We would like to display our language selector like in attached image.

How can we customize the "[wpml_language_selector_widget]" shortcode to achieve something like this?

Wow, those are definitely a lot of languages.

I also love the way you planned the design, it looks very nice and minimal.

Turning the dropdown language switcher into the format from the design you attached will require custom coding and custom work falls out of the purpose of our Support Policy.

But if you never used CSS before, I recommend hiring a WPML contractor (http://wpml.org/contractors) or a font-end developer to accomplish your goal.
