Tell us what you are trying to do?

We offer a platform to help our members post job offers. We are using WP Job Manager. The website is in French and English. We don't want our members to enter their job offers twice. Also we want to be sure that when someone list the job offers, he/she sees them all. We don't want them to have to check in both language. So the website has pages in English and French but all data for the jobs should be at the same place. So if you list the job offers on a French page, you will get the same results as in English. If someone post a job offer from an English page, people listing the offers on a French page should be able to see it.

So far we see nothing on the English job listing page.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Can't find any.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

No.

What is the link to your site?

Hello there,

Welcome to WPML support forum.

There is one feature that will help you to display content created in your original language in secondary languages. For setting this feature:
- Go to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation
- Select your Post type as:
o Translatable - only show translated items
x Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language

However, it does not display content created in secondary languages into your main language. You can find more information about it here:
https://wpml.org/2018/01/wpml-3-9-released/

Otherwise, you can also create some custom code using our hooks wpml_make_post_duplicates and wpml_admin_make_post_duplicates:
https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_make_post_duplicates/
https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_admin_make_post_duplicates/

Finally, you can also consider to duplicate your content using our WPML Translation Management from your WordPress Dashboard:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/

Best regards,
Andrés
