I am trying to: update WPML

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

I expected to see: All my installed plugins

Instead, I got: blank screen

I have the most recent updated WPML 4.2.5 and string translation, and translation management. I have disabled the plugin and the installed plugin page reappears. No other issues seem to be a problem other than that page.

This is a screenshot after WPML 4.2.5 has been disabled. String translation and translation management are still enabled.

Thank you for contacting us. This seems like a temporary problem. Please follow the steps below:

- Enable the WPML again;
- Go to Dashboard -> Updates
- Press the "Check again" button
- Scroll to the bottom and press the "Update" button

Thank you. Since you are already using the latest version of WPML, after following the steps above, does the problem with the plugins page persist or was it fixed?

Well now it appears to be fixed. I have not updated anything other then press the check again button. I have the latest WPML versions

Yes. No new updates will be displayed at this time because you are using the latest version of WPML.

As I said earlier, this was a temporary problem where pressing the "Check again" button should fix the problem. A new update should only be displayed if you were not using the latest version. Since you are using the latest version, then this is ok.
