Tell us what you are trying to do? I use woocommmerce bookings, on new booking an email is sent 4 yimes (one 4 each language), all in english. The email for customer works better...

I need to have only 1 email

Are you referring to the WooCommerce Bookings plugin woocommerce.com?

We have some known issues regarding emails with this plugin.
Is it updated on your site to its latest version?

To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations.

Hi.

I've tried to replicate this issue on our testing site but I couldn't the emails were sent only one time per email.
Could you tell me please, which emails do you get sent 4 times?
Is it the 'New booking' email or the 'New customer order'?
Maybe it is both of them or other emails?
Is it happening if the order is made from the default language of the site or one of the other languages?
Could you please tell me the steps to replicate this issue?
Sometimes screen-shots illustrating what you mean may go a long way to clarify what words fail to transmit, so if you like, make use of “upload an image” below the comment area.

The "New booking" email, the only one enabled for owner. It happens with all the languages. I don't know how to replicate... I can give you acces or resend an email example...

Hi and thanks for the extra details.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved, I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
** IMPORTANT **
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Hi and thanks for the access details.

I've installed the Duplicator plugin on your site and made a copy of it to test the issue on my local server (I've deleted the plugin after I've made the copy).

With your site's copy on my local server, I cannot replicate the issue.
Here is how I've tried it.
1. I've installed the Email Log plugin to be able to track any outgoing emails from the site.

2. On the frontend, I switched to the Spanish language.
3. I've booked the El Clos 1 apartment and proceeded to the checkout until the booking was approved.
4. Then I went to Emails Log -> View Log and I could see only one New Booking email.
I did not get four email as you say. Please see attached screenshot.

If I didn't replicate the issue correctly, then please explain to me how to replicate in details.

I also installed the Email Log plugin on your site. So if the issue occurs again, then please let me know about it so I can take a look at your site once more.
