Background of the issue:
I bought coins for €100, but they were not added to my account.

Symptoms:
The coins I purchased were not added to my account.

Questions:
Why were the coins not added to my account?

I've checked our records and I could see that you've reloaded 90498 credits to this domain hidden link . Are you saying that it is not showing up on the Website?
