This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After performing MEDIA TRANSLATION in WPML, the header image on all Spanish language posts and pages appears broken.
Solution:
We recommend checking the issue related to SVG support when activating WPML Media, which might be stripping parts of the image URL. You can find detailed information and a potential fix here: SVG Support - Activating WPML Media strips uploads folders from SVG image URL.
If the header image remains broken after applying the suggested fix, please try re-uploading the image. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to a different cause or the solution might be outdated. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so here: WPML Support Forum.

I'd like to know if it's possible to undo/revert the media translation? If I could, it would fix this issue.

Hi,

Can you check this?
https://wpml.org/errata/svg-support-activating-wpml-media-strips-uploads-folders-from-svg-image-url/

I can see the same wrong logo URL on hidden link

If the code doesn't work at first, after adding this snippet, please try to upload the image again.

I tried that fix, including uploading the file again, at my staging site hidden link but without success. I didn't see any change at all.

Would reverting my entire durst.law site to a backup before the media translation be a good idea to try?

If you revert a backup you will loose all the changes you've done after (content etc).

Unless you did not add any new content, you can go with this approach.

Or you can provide me with WordPress and FTP credentials so I could investigate the issue directly.

I reverted to a backup and fixed the issue that way. Thank you.
