I am trying to: show images using grid

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: gallery image

Instead, I got: no images

the gallery stopped to work after i've update wpml and components, it's still working in preview mode

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I will be glad to help with this.

Please elaborate more on what you have updated? what do you mean by components? Do you mean WPML Add-ons?

In the meantime, please purge your cache and make a compatibility test, on your test site, please check if this issue appears when:
- Only WPML plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
- If the problem disappears, start activating one at the time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

Also, can you please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. Please make a database backup then go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and run all the actions under the cleanup section.

If you also have a notice on your backend that asks to set language information for the existing media files, please run it.

I wonder if you have been able to run the compatibility test? With, only WPML plugins and a default theme, does the issue appear?

i can see this error in firefox console:
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: {"status":"Nothing found"} jquery.js

Yes, you can do that on the live site. But make sure to have a database backup. This way we are sure to revert back to the current situation if anything bad happens.

If you can clone the live site to a staging/dev site and work on it, it will be better. Then, once we are sure to understand the issue and we have a solution, we can perform it on the live site.

Thank you for the access information. I first tried to check images, and the gallery seems to use other images that those attached to the product. I updated that with the proper images and did not get a result, so I reverted back to the previous value.

I also tried with the Storefront theme and the issue is still present.

Then I tried to check if this happened when WPML Multilingual CMS is deactivated, and the site is not responsive anymore. I got an error "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

I wanted to correct the situation through FTP but the access credentials for it are not working. Then I checked the debug.log file and it holds lines from June 17th. I guess it is not activated now.

Can you please provide other FTP credentials to let me check this further?
