Hi, I am having issues with the compatibility of WPML and WPBakery... all is working fine until I try and create the translation in the second language, the backend of that page looks fine, but when I go to see the page, all the elements are out of order.
What can I do?

Hello,

We appreciate your contact with WPML support.

Could you kindly carry out a complete backup and attempt the following procedure to check for its effectiveness?

1. Navigate to the secondary page using the language switcher on the top admin bar while you are on the primary language page you're currently working on.

2. Delete the secondary language page once you're on the secondary language page.

3. Permanently remove the secondary page by going to the page trash bin.

4. Return to the primary language page and duplicate it using the instructions found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#duplicating-content

5. Access the duplicated page and select "Translate Independently."

6. Return to your primary language page and proceed to translate the contents.

Please do inform us if this method proves effective for you.

Hey there! Thanks for your time.
Unluckily, the problem is still there.
I tried to have a look at the page after the duplication (before clicking on "Translate independently"), but it is already "exploded".
Is there another way to sort this out?
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

I found a similar problem you solved a while ago. Could it be the same process to follow?

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry, that's a link to that user's Website backend option. You won't be able to open it without and access.

Are you able to provide access to your Website?

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and it looks like the issue is caused by the theme options not being configured for the English language as shown in the attached screenshot here hidden link

Could you compare it with the Italian Language and correct it for your English Language? I've fixed a few and you might be more familiar with the options so that you can check what's being left out.

Hey there! I completely translated the website!
I only have a problem with a phrase written below the portfolio.
It always states "Vedi progetto" in Italian, even if I switch the language to English.

I tried to have a look at the customization part of the template concerning the portfolio, but it seems correctly translated.

I even had a look at the string translation, but nothing appears if I search for "Vedi progetto".

How do I find and translate that string?
Thanks
