I am trying to:
The Woocommerce app is not loading when the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is enabled. This is since the latest update I guess. We are experiencing this issue since friday or saturday.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Woocommerce app

I expected to see:
This problem fixed asap!! I cannot enable the plugin and my site is malfunctioning now because of that.

As a temporarily solution:
Send me the not beta version to install.

Same issue with version 4.3.6. I feel like there is some issue with the Jetpack plugin that doesn't work well with WPML?

How can we fix this on short term?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you:
- remove betas and install official updates of all the plugins you are using on the site?
https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

Also, "Woocommerce app" - what exactly isn't working? Can you provide a screenshot?

Regards,

I already did.

Woocommerce app gives an error 'cannot load content from Crystal Colloidals' and when connecting for the first time it says that it cannot make a good connection to the store.

I figured that Jetpack 8.1 is working perfectly with WPML. Since version 8.2 of Jetpack things got really bad.

Hi,

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with WordPress credentials so I could investigate the issue directly?

Also, can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials.

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

Regards,
Bruno Kos

Jetpack debugged the issue and made a fix in their new release 8.2.2 in the Rest API. It is working fine now 🙂
