Tell us what you are trying to do?
its a website selling excursions, and in every tour "which is a custom post" there is certain words that will be repeated over and over. like for example "pick up time, whats included, Itinerary, potos".. so its actually words in each post, and yes I'm already translating each post, but is there a way to translate certain words all over the website whenever its spotted?

Hi Islam,

Welcome to our forum,

The feature is possible to a certain extent provided the following steps are fulfilled.

1) Make sure that Translation memory for strings is enabled from WPML > Settings > How to translate posts and pages

2) The site uses WPML Translation editor to translate contents
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-the-translation-editor/

3) Only the String in question exists in the field for eg if you have a custom field with the string "pick up time" then whenever the string is encountered in a separate field the translation will be automatically filled in from the memory

Please note if the strings exist in a paragraph or inside any other content those string won't be affected they remain as such.

Please let me know if what context the words you mentioned exist and how they appear in WPML translation editor.

Kind regards,
Raja
