Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have used a plugin called Say What? to replace a woocommerce string. I want to translate this replacement from English to Chinese. Can I do so? I tried to search for the string in the String Translation and Admin Texts Translation, both cannot find.

The original string is Account number, and I replaced with FPS Identifier. Please see screenshot: hidden link

You can go to hidden link, add a product to the cart, then check out with FPS payment method, you will see this string in the front end. Or you can see screenshot: hidden link

Thanks!

Hi There,

At the moment it seems that the plugin you are using is not listed as a verified compatible plugin with WPML.

https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/

For any string to be picked up by WPML String Translation it is required for it to be wrapped in a gettext call

See the documentation below:

https://wpml.org/faq/getting-string-translation-to-work/
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/enabling-text-translation-for-themes-not-compatible-with-wpml/

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/translating-the-theme-you-created/

How to create a language config file for admin strings:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#creating-a-language-configuration-file

Ok. Since this plugin is not created by me, that means it's unable to translate the wordings I need. Right?

You could make changes in the code, however, that is not always easy and requires custom work, which is why I recommend first contacting the plugin author as they might be able to point you in the right direction.
