I couldn't upload String Translation directly in WP, and uploaded to manually to wp-content -> plugins.

When I click activate, have this error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpml_st_support_info() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/ in /var/www/vhosts/ on line 153

Then I saw that my memory is 40MB, How do I increase it exactly, in which exact file should I add or replace by define ( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' ); ? should I add or replace? will this solve fatal error above?

Please help!

Thank you for the access details!

I was able to resolve this fatal error by following the steps below:

1. Deactivate your WPML plugin and add-on plugins.
2. Delete them (This will not remove your translations, they are saved in the database).
3. Go to and download the main WPML plugin
4. Install and activate
5. Go to Plugins->Add new->Commercial->Install the rest of the add-on plugins.
