Hello Mihhail,

When you use your End-user license, you can only use this forum. In order to access to our chat or to the technical forum, you need to user your WPML license, the one you got when you bought your WPML.

In case you haven't bought a license, please, get in contact with your developer or license owner.

As I mentioned before, you are using the wrong credentials. Please, do the following:
- Logut.
- Login again but use your WPML credentials. Those you received when you bought WPML.
- You should have access again to our technical forum.

Yes. We have two accounts - developer with credentials. And this account for translating issues.
Until yesterday i was able with this account to communicate about translating issues. My question is - what changed? Today - i cant.

You are using the wrong credentials, you need to use your developer with credentials.
