Hi Carlos Regarding "Menu Structure": This is an urgent issue as the site is live. I would like the menu structure in all secondary languages to exactly match the default English menu. I’d appreciate a direct resolution rather than back-and-forth replies. |

Hi Carlos, As you have mentioned previously that you have translated all the product categories. Our Old conversation Screenshot: hidden link Note: This time I want you to check the things twice from your end, if you dont know the secondary language but you can count the number of childs/sub-menu and their sub-menu and verify if every thing is working fine or not and if everything is synced properly or not. From day one am saying, my site is live and I want this to solve urgently and not want back and forth replies. Kindly treat this ticket on high priority. |

Hi, To translate the product categories, just follow these steps: Then, to add these categories to the menu, go to Appearance -> Menu -> Select the menu in the corresponding language -> Add the category -> Save the changes Those steps will guarantee that you translate the product categories and show them in the menu correctly. |

I followed the steps you shared, but when I added the product categories for other languages and checked the links, they showed “No products available” for those languages, while products are available in the default (English) language. I want you to check below list of category not translated please translate these from your end so I can add those in my menu for other languages, I no longer want steps, kindly do this for me as these are limited categories and I hope you will do this in couple of minutes. -> DUTCH language: 2. Technologie 3. Head & Multiwear 4. Outdoor & leisure -> French language: 1. Clothing & wearables 2. Technologie 3. Outdoor & leisure 4. Office & Writing 5. Umbrellas & rainwear |

Hi Carlos I have checked the product categories that were recently translated/synced into other languages, and they are redirecting to “No products were found matching your search criteria.” Could you please review and resolve this issue for the categories that were synced recently? |

Hi Carlos If I have to repeatedly follow up and still find that the issue persists, it defeats the purpose of purchasing the auto-translation service. I have checked again, and some categories are still showing as empty, with no products displayed. Reference link: If you are facing any difficulty resolving this, please assign this ticket to another team member. This issue does not appear to be receiving the required level of attention. We have been working on the same category translation issue for quite some time now, and it is still not resolved. At this point, I need a final resolution. Please ensure that all categories are translated correctly and that products are displaying properly in their respective languages. Thank you. |

Hi there, These are the latest categories I manually translated on your site, so you didn't spend translation credits, which is the reason why the products are not appearing, and they need to be updated in the secondary language. I will run some troubleshooting steps to sync all products. If you find more product categories empty in the secondary language, please share them so I can address them more quickly.
