i like to cancel a job send to the translation Service.
Because its already send, it cant click on cancel.
Following the link via wpml hidden link marks the job already as canceled.

But in my System, the job is still "in translation".

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

In order to debug this issue further quickly, would you be willing to provide me with temporary WordPress admin username so I could investigate the issue directly? I have marked your next reply private so you can safely add this information.

I will discuss this case with our translation services specialist, but I will need WordPress credentials in order to look inside.

https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup

Bruno Kos

I can't give you access to the system.

Just inform me about the process to delete the job from the database.

I have to test YOUR Interface with translation.com, and i dont want to rely on your help. This would take too long.

So PLS which tables. Thx

Sven

ok, i retryed, sending an other job to translation.com.

hidden link

after sending the job out of my system, i can directly go to this site of your interface.

Its shows me round about 60 seconds, it connecting to translation.com, then aborting with the "Jobs in this batch are cancelled
Please try to send the content for translation one more time."

What to do ?

Need Contact of translation.com ?

Yours Sven

Hi,

Just inform me about the process to delete the job from the database.

Does it help if I tell you that the jobs from this table are stored within wp_icl_translate_job table?

This will not delete the connection between translation and original though, as this information is stored here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-tables/#language-information-and-translations

Hi,

So the issue is that translations.com are not receiving your translation jobs, but instead canceling them as seen on?

I have sent this case to our translation services specialist. In the meantime, can you paste communication log information?

Go to WPML -> support -> communication log (you will find this link in the bottom, within the "Remote XML Config Log" title).

"This is a log of the communication between your site and the translation system. It doesn't include any private information and allows WPML support to help with problems related to sending content to translation. "

Hi, This is Ahmed Ibrahim from the translation proxy integration team.

I have checked the logs and as I can see that this error is related to your cancelled job:

<Translations::Client::Error: Specified file format 'wpml-xliff' doesn`t exist in specified project>

So can you please ask translations.com to enable the 'wpml-xliff' format to your project and try again to send the job, and let me know if it works for you.

Best regards.

Sven

Thx, that was the breaking point. Translation.com renamed the file format to the one provided by you.

Now its working.
