I am trying to: Add string translation items to the translation bucket

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: adding string translation items to the translation bucket and do the translation in there

Instead, I got: Add to translation bucket button is disabled

Hello there,

Thanks for contacting our support forum. I'll be happy to assist you!

A manual reinstall can fix this issue. Just follow these instructions, please:

- Go to the Plugins page
- Disable and remove WPML plugins
- Download fresh versions from here https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Click on add plugin at the top and on upload
- Upload the files you download and install them
- Activate the plugins once the installation is completed

Try out this resolution and let us know how it goes. If the problem persists, then we might be facing an interaction issue with a third-party functionality, in this case:

- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue

Let us know the results of this investigation. We're looking forward to your reply.

Kind regards,
Mateus.
