Hi there - this ticket is a duplicate of https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cannot-cancel-translation-jobs-after-creation/

I created a new ticket because I am unable to reply in that thread, as described here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cannot-submit-support-response-in-private-form-if-set-to-public/

I ended up in a chat support regarding these problems with another agent two days ago. The agent recommended to reset my WPML installation which I did. After 2 hours spent cleaning up the resulting broken image links in the media library (grrr) I tried again to create translation jobs. Local jobs work fine. Transifex integration worked, and I was able to delete my first job by deleting the project on Transifex. I then created another job and translated it on Transifex. It is not possible to retrieve the translation - all buttons are greyed out (see screenshot). This is a development server where a user/pass is required to send requests. Does the Transifex integration use some sort of push notification to sync and fetch translations? Could that be causing the problem? What is the IP of the proxy server (described here), could we maybe add it as an exception?

The support agent on chat also recommended I try exporting XLIFF and then upload this to Transifex. This would theoretically allow me to re-use the same project, thus benefitting from the Transifex TM. Unfortunately this doesn't work because the XLIFF export from WPML defines a target language, even though no translations exist. Transifex rejects this file. What can I do?

Hi Itamar,

trying to reply here. I am asking for the IP address of the server in the middle so I can whitelist it to bypass a user/pass check on our server. Otherwise it will not be able to send translation status, since it will hit a 401 error.

Regarding access to our server, please send me your SSH pubkey and I will request access for you.

Thanks, but Przemysław provided the information necessary to get the plugin working in our development environment in this ticket:

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-is-creating-a-new-project-for-each-batch/

This has progressed into a bug report/feature request to ensure source/target segments are handled properly in the Transifex integration. I'm going to close this ticket and keep tracking the other one, but will keep your pubkey around in case you need access later.

Thanks for your professional and friendly support, we really appreciate it!
