I just saw where my previous post about this got closed? I need to chat with someone.

I am trying to: publish some translated pages

You had a thread on this very issue in an earlier post (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/sent-and-completed-pages-appear-as-in-progress/). I am having the same issue for one of our clients...when I click the "Check status and get translations" button, NOTHING happens. The status of all these translated pages in our WPML Translation Hub is "complete", but they all show "in progress" in the client's WordPress instance. Help!

Hi!

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Could you please update WPML and its add-ons to the latest version
and let us know if the issue persists?
Before doing it, please create a reliable backup of your site.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Kind regards
Andreas

Hi!

Additional to my last message I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Kind regards
Andreas

Hi there,

I am Otto, I handle the Translation Services support forum.

Next time, you can open a ticket here:
https://wpml.org/forums/forum/translation-services-support/

and you will get priority and specialized support.

I understand that the site is not yours but from a client, but it will really make things much faster if we can at least take a look at the backend. We will be able to collect the information we need quickly and move forward from there. Is that possible?

You can take a look at our privacy and security policy here:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

So, I am enabling the private box so, if your client agrees, you can share credentials with us.

Alternatively, your client can open a support ticket and we will handle also with priority and you won't be the "middle man".

I hope this makes sense to you.

Kind regards,

Otto
