Hello,

I first sent 14 pages to Icanlocalize and this worked fine.
But I could see, that I had to pay for a review, because "review" is always on.

So I deleted all the jobs on the website of icanlocalize.

Now I have the problem, that I cannot send again the same job to icanlocalize.

This is the error:

So I cannot continue with my work, because I also cannot delete the translation job,
the job with the 14 pages appears all the time.

Even if I try to add some products in the translation basket. It does not work.
There are always those 14 pages.

Hello,
on the next day, the translation basket is empty and I can put new items into the basket.
The first translation job (only 1 page) was transferred correct to Icanlocalize.
But the rest of the pages still do not work. Same error.

Hello,
I can clear and put new items in the translation basket, there is no problem anymore.
But the translation job, which was successfully transferred to Icanlocalize has the status "setting up project / failed to process correctly".

Hello,

it is not possible to do updates as we have one state of software in all our shops, which is tested.
I am sure that you can solve this problem without updating.

I think it is only, because some jobs are "hanging" at Icanlocalize.

Please advise.

I have checked your project and as I can see that you have 2 jobs are waiting for payments and their reviews are disabled, so do you want them to be translated or you wish to cancel them?

I have also asked the ICL team about how to disable the reviews by default and will update you when I get their reply.

I see that you had problems while sending the documents to ICL, and I see that you asked to not making updates on the site, and I would like to test the workflow for you, so can you please mention me one page to send it to see if the workflow is working correctly?

I think it would work fine, as we sent jobs to ICL with another website some months ago. The state of software is the same.

The problem begun when I deleted jobs on ICL website (because reviews where set on and I do not like to pay an additional fee for reviews) and the jobs have been in the translation basket of WordPress. I made a job update, but the jobs where still in the basket. After one day, the basket was empty. If I now try to send jobs to ICL I get this error.

Only 2 jobs where successfully sent to ICL, but the translation status on ICL for those jobs where not correct. I now cancelled the 2 jobs on ICL.

It seems, as the "deleted" jobs still exists on ICL.
Maybe the best way would be to delete the whole project on ICL.

About your testing: please explain what exactly you like to test. I think everything works fine. But there are jobs hanging on ICL.

I could now send 13 of 14 jobs to ICL and it works.
But the job number 14 (imprint) has the same error:

For disabling the reviews, you just need to go here https://www.icanlocalize.com/wpml/websites/74797/translation_jobs and switch the review off, and if you selected it to be off for the first batch, the second one will be off too.

I will check the jobs (imprint) and come back to you.
