I have translated and synchronize menus between languages for the "shop by department" drop down menu. But it still only displays the first language after I switched the website to the second language.

Please help. thank you.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Unfortunately, the login credentials provided don't work when trying to log into the website's admin panel (hidden link).

Can you please verify them and resend them?

I am enabling the private field again.

I was able to log into the backend of your site but I am not able to find the area that's shown in the screenshot you attached above.

I tried both the homepages (for both languages), the shop page (for both languages) and a product page (again, for both languages) but I am not able to find the yellow menu that you are talking about.

Can you please tell me the steps I need to take in order to get into that place? Or can you provide a link I can use to get there?
