The website was using another key from another WPML account. I deleted the website from the other account and moved it to this account. However, I can't find where to replace the key on my wordpress admin area and I can't update the WPML plugins. See image attached.

Thank you for reaching out the WPML support!

There's a simple way to get this fixed. Please follow the steps presented here and try again to update the plugin.
Basically, you just need to go to Dashboard → Plugins → Commercial tab, unregister the current key by using the button from the right side, generate a new key (from your new WPML account), and add it to your website.

Just give this a try and tell me how things work this time.
