Hi there,

Welcome to the forum,

The issue is more like due to .htaccess file is not either writable or the correct file permission is not set please make sure your server user can access and update .htaccess

Can you please confirm whether you have installed WordPress in the root path or in a directory?

Check that mod-rewrite is active for your site. If you’re not sure how shoot an email to your hosting providing.

I would also like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your test site to take a better look at the issue.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Kind regards
